Our Spiritual Leadership Team holds the vision for our community’s growth, healing, and spiritual deepening. This group includes ministers, licensed practitioners, and other spiritual guides who support our members through teaching, prayer, and sacred service.

Ministers
Rev. Gil Olmstead is RGCSL’s Spiritual Director. His ministry is rooted in connection, compassion, and walking the path together. When he first arrived, he knew he’d found home — and he has a way of helping others feel that, too. He’s energized by what’s unfolding here and the shared journey we’re creating.
With his wife, Robyn, he co-leads Live Inspired and co-hosts Rockin’ the Love, a weekly podcast where they explore more than 20 years of spiritual practice, partnership, and growth — with honesty, humor, and heart.

Rev. Kamatara is RGCSL’s Director of Collaborative Ministries. She is also Executive Director for Circles USA, a nonprofit that’s dedicated to ending poverty in the United States. In addition, Rev. Kamatara is a substitute minister supporting multiple churches in Albuquerque and Las Cruces with regular talks and visitations. Her core mission in all her work is to empower conscious evolution.
