Our Spiritual Leadership Team holds the vision for our community’s growth, healing, and spiritual deepening. This group includes ministers, licensed practitioners, and other spiritual guides who support our members through teaching, prayer, and sacred service.

Ministers
Rev. Gil brings a warm, approachable style to his leadership, taking time to connect with people one‑on‑one and learn their stories. He is committed to RGCSL’s mission of spiritual growth, service and community connection. He develops meaningful community shaped programs and experiences that strengthen the Center’s evolving vision.
With decades of experience in spiritual leadership, community building, and facilitation Gil’s passion is to create radically inclusive community. He says, “Attuning to our spiritual nature, we fall in love with everything and everyone!”
Rev. Gil and his wife, Robyn, lead Live Inspired and Rockin’ the Love, a weekly podcast where they explore more than 20 years of spiritual practice, partnership, and growth—with honesty, humor, and heart.

Rev. Kamatara is RGCSL’s Director of Collaborative Ministries. She is also Executive Director for Circles USA, a nonprofit that’s dedicated to ending poverty in the United States. In addition, Rev. Kamatara is a substitute minister supporting multiple churches in Albuquerque and Las Cruces with regular talks and visitations. Her core mission in all her work is to empower conscious evolution.

Rev. Allie’s passion is creating nurturing, engaged and empowered community. With over forty years in New Thought, a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology, and over thirty years as a psychotherapist, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in teaching, team building, problem-solving and transformational leadership. Based in Oakland, California, Rev. Allie’s primary focus is supporting our virtual community.

Chaplains
Tilia is dedicated to supporting meaning, connection, and personal expansion across emotional, cultural, and spiritual dimensions. Her medicine in the Shamanic tradition in Compassion. She is also empowered in Tibetan Buddhism, is an SRF devotee, and is presently studying Secular Humanist Spirituality. Currently she is the Staff Chaplain for Rust Medical Center.

Carmella brings a deep, faith‑centered presence that helps people meet challenges with gentleness, courage, and a renewed sense of inner strength. She guides individuals in opening to love, balance, and the sacred wisdom that reveals itself when we pause, listen, and allow Spirit to lead the way.

Nancy loves to pray and brings a heart-centered presence that helps people shift their perceptions and choose a more empowered way of being. A longtime group leader of A Course in Miracles, she supports individuals in remembering their true nature and opening to the freedom that comes from choosing Love.

Dr. Michele brings a calm, insightful presence that helps people deepen their spiritual understanding and navigate life with clarity and intention. Through meditation, teaching, and her leadership of the every‑other‑Sunday Journey of One gathering, she supports individuals in cultivating steadiness, self‑awareness, and meaningful, heart‑centered personal growth.
Maria brings a calm, love‑centered presence that helps people recognize their inherent goodness and the creative power moving through them. She guides individuals in releasing old ideas, opening to new beginnings, and embracing the possibilities that emerge from deep self‑love, spiritual clarity, and a grounded sense of inner peace.
Chris brings a clear, grounded presence that helps people release old stories and stand firmly in the Truth of their inherent goodness. She supports individuals in cultivating practices that strengthen faith, open new understanding, and illuminate the path toward greater freedom, clarity, and spiritual resilience in daily life.
Greg brings a grounded, heart‑forward presence that celebrates the beauty in every moment and the ever‑present light within all things. He supports individuals in embracing life’s cycles with gratitude, hope, and a sense of divine possibility, encouraging a deeper connection to Spirit and to their own inner wisdom.
Liza finds the presence of the Divine in the natural world and helps others reconnect with oneness, peace, and belonging. She supports individuals in opening to possibility and recognizing their own wholeness through gentle awareness, spiritual practice, and a deep appreciation for the beauty woven through all life.
Marylyn brings a steady presence that helps people remember the Divine Love that dissolves fear, restores harmony, and reveals the highest good in every situation. She supports individuals in opening to the healing, guidance, and freedom that unfold when Love is recognized as the power actively working in their lives.
Marilyn is a professional life coach and author who supports individuals moving through major transitions with a seasoned presence and a deep trust in the Divine. She helps people remember the light beneath appearances and cultivate the peace, resilience, and gratitude that arise from living in alignment with spiritual Truth.

Robyn brings a clear, empowering presence that helps people dissolve limiting stories and return to the Truth of their inseparable Oneness with the Divine. As a teacher, writer, actor, and podcast host, she supports individuals in embodying Love, Creativity, & Fun as their guiding force. Robyn is available for private sessions and spiritual coaching.
Laura brings a calm, spacious presence that helps people recognize the beauty, harmony, and divine order woven through their lives. Drawing on her extensive background in interior design and her deep love of spiritual practice, she supports individuals in seeing their wholeness and embracing the good expressing uniquely through them.
